Our own statistics. We count page views on orivenai.com to understand which pages are useful. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address: each page view keeps the page, the traffic channel and campaign tags, the referring domain and a visitor code that is derived from your connection and browser and changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you over time. Raw records are deleted after 13 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can switch this off at any time in Cookie settings; a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser switches it off automatically.
Advertising measurement. Only if you accept advertising cookies, we load Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure the results of our ads. Without your consent, the Google Ads tag is not loaded. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers that are necessary to operate ORIVEN. Each provider receives only the data required to deliver their specific functionality:
No personally identifiable information is included in AI generation prompts sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or HeyGen. Prompts contain only brand-related content you choose to provide within the platform.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@orivenai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential storage for sign-in and service functionality, our own cookieless statistics (which you can switch off), and Google Ads cookies only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for full details, or change your choices in Cookie settings.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted access controls.
