Refund Policy

1. Overview

ORIVEN offers subscription-based access to its advertising platform. This policy explains when and how refunds are granted. We want every customer to be satisfied with the Service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service until the billing period ends, and no credits are lost upon cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
  • The Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not used more than 10% of your monthly credits

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits already consumed in generating content
  • Renewal charges after the initial subscription period
  • Partial month refunds (outside the 7-day new subscriber window)
  • Upgrades or plan changes mid-cycle

5. How to Request a Refund

Email with your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request. We review all requests within 5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
